In Person Group classes

Weekly sessions

When you invest in one of my childbirth courses, we’ll meet every week for 2-2.5 hours (depending which course you choose). Classes are interactive and encourage conversation so you’ll get your answers while getting to know other attendees in class

Personalized attention

Classes are kept small to insure this personalized attention. A live, in person childbirth class is so effective because you’ll be able to ask all the questions you have. You’re encouraged to use me as a resource even outside of class time

Supplemental Materials and Information

Besides all of the information shared in class, you’ll receive weekly emails chock full of supplemental information, a resource list (featuring my favorite providers, therapists, trainers, etc), discount codes for fun baby stuff, and a google sheet filled with favorite links to websites, articles, and studies

Community

In person classes offer an opportunity to build community. You’ll discover a chance to bond with like-minded parents who are all working toward a common goal: a healthy, empowered birth.

It’s beautiful to watch connections develop, friendships form. These friendships last for years and parents flourish with this support.

If you’re more of an introvert, don’t panic. Class is candid and casual and you can choose to participate in activities or not. Or you could opt for an online class that still fosters community and provides a platform to ask questions.

This is your pregnancy, your labor, and your birth. You get to decide what works best for you
