My birth classes meets for 2 - 2.5 hours (depending which you sign up for) and will be held at 5500 E 2nd Street, Suite 4 in Long Beach.
*Some classes will be open for in-person attendance and will also simultaneously broadcast LIVE online via Zoom for online attendees*
These courses are an investment in your labor and your baby's first BIRTH day.
Class fees covers both you and your chosen coach for the 12 weeks (the coach is often your partner, but it can be anyone you choose to coach you through labor).
When you sign-up for my class, you'll receive:
