Healthy Pregnancy and Childbirth classes in The Bradley Method®
will help yo build a foundation for your pregnancy and labor.
You will learn how you can remain low-risk throughout your pregnancy.
These classes focus on nutrition, exercise, relaxation, and breastfeeding as well as a comprehensive education,
in labor and natural pain management techniques.
Birthing classes meet in-person or online
(depending which you choose) one day a week for two hours.
